Line 1.1: It is necessary to specify type of the transformer (ТМ, ТМГ, TC, ТСЗ, ТСЗГЛ, ТСГЛ, OM, ОМГ, etc.)
Line 1.2: Is to be filled in if nominal frequency differs from 50 Hz (by default - it is accepted 50 Hz)
Line 1.3: Is to be filled in if lines 1.6 and 1.7 are not filled.
Line 1.4, 1.5: are filled in; the rated voltages should be specified for no-load mode.
Line 1.6, 1.7: are to be filled in if the line 1.3 is not filled.
Line 1.8: Is filled in if adjustment of a voltage on HV-side is required (for example, ±2х2,5% means that adjustment on HV-winding is stipulated from rated voltage two steps on 2,5 % everyone upwards and two steps on 2,5 % downwards everyone; or other range is underlined, for example +2х2,5 %;-1х2,5 %); if adjustment is not required there is to be underlined: without adjustment.
Lines 1.9, 1.10, 1.11, 1.13, 1.16, 1.17 are to be filled in the event that the parameters specified therein are of crucial importance for the customer; if the lines remain blank the parameters presented therein are accepted under discretion of the Plants designers.
Line 1.12: is to be filled in without fail, and the first sign is concerning to the HV-winding (i. e. the highest voltage, and not primary or secondary), the second sign concerns to the LV-winding (i. e. the lowest voltage, and not primary or secondary); without fail there should be indicated a zero tap in schemes «star with zero» or «zigzag with zero»; for example:
Designation D/У-11 means, that the HV-winding is connected to "triangle", the LV-winding is connected to "star" (without tapping of a zero point), group of connection is the eleventh one;
Designation Уn/У-0 means, that the HV-winding is connected to "star" with tapping of a zero point, the LV-winding is connected to "star" (without tapping of a zero point), group of connection is zero one;
Line 1.14: the letter designation of climatic conditions and a digital designation of a category of accommodation are indicated according to State Basic Standard (ГОСТ) 15150-69. By default we accept: for filled with oil transformers - У1 (“У” - for areas with a temperate climate, 1 - for external installation); for dry transformers of type of TC, ТСЗ - УХЛ4 (temperate and cold climates); for dry transformers with GEAFOL windings - У3.
Line 1.15: are to be indicated: the degree of protection in accordance with GOST 14254-96 from external firm subjects (it is designated by the first characteristic figure) and a degree of protection against water (is designated by the second characteristic figure); by default is accepted: for filled with oil transformers and for dry ones without a housing - IP 00 - there is no protection against external firm subjects and against water; for dry ones with a protective housing - IP 21.
Line 1.18: it is to be filled in if there are special obligatory requirements, for example: windings’ material - copper; the transformer should be completed with a manovacuummeter; etc.; for transformers of type ТСГЛ, ТСЗГЛ is necessarily specified execution – left or right.
Line “Remarks”: is filled in if there are other requirements not indicated in the last lines.
If the transformers for feeding of immersed pumps (of type ТМПН, ТМПНГ) are required it is obligatory to specify quantity of regulation steps, voltages and currents demanded on each tap.
The country of delivery is underlined for definition of necessity of carrying out of fytosanitory processing of the transformers packing.
